Broken Trans Mount?

My 2002 Z71 has just turned over 200k miles, and I've noticed a significant bump in the driveline when I let off the brake. It feels like there's major slack in the driveline thats being taken up when the truck is starting to move forward. If I baby the truck to a stop and start out gently I usually dont feel it, but if Im making a stop from speed and start going again you feel it as soon as you let off the brake. I used to have a Trailblazer SS that had a TSB on it for a slip-bang condition where they ended up replacing the trans mount. I inspected the mount and it looks like theres a big tear in that rubber bushing which I assume shouldnt be there. Its a cheap part, but does it sound like the trans mount would be causing this condition? Im probably answering my own question but Im a bit paranoid about my transmission these days becasue its the original, never overhauled.
