I got these, they're pretty loud, get's peoples attention, but you don't really hear it in the cab if you mount it under the bumper, I put mine on the plastic shield, probably not the best idea, but so far so good. The compressor and air tank just barely fit in the aux battery tray, but they do, so far it works well, and if I need air in my tire, the compressors good for that too.

Anyone got a sound example ?

Look on YouTube, but you would never be able to gauge loudness off video. The fiamms are 130 decibels I think

Anyone update their horn in the gmt-900 yet? I dont want it to obnoxius (like a train horn) but just a little louder. How are they to install?

Well which horn did you decide on?

Can't believe anyone would think the factory horn isn't loud enough.

Had a friend of mine blast the horn at me while walking in front of my truck and it made me deaf almost.

That's the air horn and compressor/air tank... I fuse tapped it in with the fog lights because the compressors pretty loud, so I can keep it from kicking on and scaring people in the truck lol

hmm, this is the Same thing I went through with my Aveo; the Single Note Horn was WAAAAY too Quiet (and its a 1LT, so it SHOULD have had a Horn that Reflects the Trim Level!) I managed to find a Horn set out of a 2001 Impala, and made it COMPLETELY Plug and Play! I'll post the Link to the How-To on the Aveo Forums for more details: http://www.aveoforum.com/forum/f94/how-upgrade-weak-single-note-horn-07-11-aveo-dual-note-horn-13550/
