in other words, i am making my truck into the z71 appearance package

You could do like me and just match the bumper. Your truck will look good either way though IMO.

Good choice on the rims, go for it. The paint to match front end looks great, I've been wanting to do this since 2007.

You could do like me and just match the bumper. Your truck will look good either way though IMO.

 

thats what i did when i needed the bumper replaced, i thought the chrome bumper just didn't look right. something about the chrome bumper and the mail slot against colored bumper caps was weird. however the chrome grille looks good between the shiny lights.

 

to each their own i guess.

Here's Mine. Had it all done at a local dealership. Just need to get the chrome tow hooks and billet bowtie.
