Largest Tire Size On A 2011 Suburban

I know there's tons of information on this for the pick up trucks, but I'm not finding much on the Suburban. I'm unsure how the heights and clearances differ between the two.

I have a 2011 Suburban Z71 on order and want to replace the stock Dueler AT with Revo2’s. The stock tire is a P265/65/18. Can I step up to a LT275/65/18 without having to fool around with lift kits, etc. What about LT285/65/18? The 285’s are about $100 cheaper than the 275’s.

It is my understanding that cranking the torsion bars or swapping keys for a little extra clearance is a thing of the past. What options exist for the GMT900/2011 ‘Burb? All I’d like to do is stuff a little more tire in the wheel wells, keeping the OEM rims.

Thanks

Fender clearance for the Tahoe and Suburban are pretty much the same as trucks. The 275's will be fine. The 285's will probably work if you don't do any serious offroading. Keeping your stock wheels will help a lot. Either will work fine if you put a little leveling kit in the front.
