Does Ally Seem To Send Your Statements Late?

Mine is due on the 15th and I still haven't seen it i got it on the 11th last month and it's supposed to get to Phoenix and processed in 3 days... I've paid it online so far but I really would rather send a check Just wondering if it's me or not

I called and complained once, and was told it doesn't matter unless it's like 30 or 60 days late. but I still found that weird, as I'm never late, but whatever . .

Got mine yesterday.Due on the 19th.But I pay online also.

so far nope, i get them about 2 weeks before due date..

however I have requested twice now to have my date moved, and twice they have informed me it was, but then the statement comes and it isn't.

I bought the Truck on the 23rd for a reason, I wanted my due date at the late half of the month, but for some reason they scheduled it on the 7th..

The finance guy at the dealer should have been able to do that for you, when I bought my truck he asked me when I wanted my payment. I told him on the 15th or shortly after because of when I get payed and when other bills fall.

I bought my truck in late December and still haven't seen anything from them yet, so I called today to get my account number so I could setup auto payments online.

My advice is to pay online or automatically through your bank each month. these finance companies are here to make money! sending late statements or not applying your pay on time so you incur late fees! Finance companies are EVIL! They make billions off late fees. My only credit card bill is due the 4th. so i figure that meant the 4th by midnight! wrong! I am trying my hardest to avoid them and cash only!
