Greased the MOFO up this weekend

Ok, I used the pictures that some dude on this site took.  It was awesome instruction.  I even replaced 2 of the zerks with 90 degree zerks to make it easier.  (The stock ones are kinda hard to get out and look cheap compared to the ones I bought at Pep-Boys.)

Here is the question.  How many "pumps" of grease are u too put in each fitting?  I put about 3-4 in each one.

I replaced some of the zerks with 90 degree fittings, but I could not change the one under the alternator on the passenger side because it is not screwed in.  I believe it is pressed in from the factory.  Were you able to replace that one.  If you didn't how the heck did you get the gun on it?  It is impossible to get the head of the gun in between the alternator and the fitting.  If you were to bring this truck to a jiffy lube they wouldn't even attempt to hit that fitting.

I replaced as many as I could.

I believe a couple around the wheel (there are three around that area ball joints), and there are another five with the linkage and pitman arm. If you remove the front plastic protection cover and the skid plate you can get tothose easier. I believe I replaced three or four of those with some 90 degree agle joints.

There is one that i couldn't replace but I can get to it with a long flexible hose on my grease gun. The problem is holding the edge of the hose on the zerk.

sometimes if it doesn't stay on I hold it on with my hand and have my wife pump the grease gun,

Just re lubed the zerks last weekend.
