Thanks guys,

don't worry it won't look like a 2WD when I get done,

I am planning on a level kit and some 33s

I just really like the "clean" look

And I really like the color more and more, I was planning on a storm grey one

but my wife talked me into the steel green. It looks very different in different light

Beautiful truck! The Steel Green is a very nice color. Glad you took off the 4x4 stickers. I was unsure about removing mine when I got my Silverado, but I think it makes the truck look so much cleaner and I'm glad I did. I don't need to advertise to everyone that my truck is 4wd. I know it is, I don't care about anyone else . One other suggestion, remove the front air dam. One bolt on either end and a bunch of clips in between. Best way is to remove the bolts and slide under the truck and push outward on the clips and it will pop right off. Also cleans up the look and makes it look like it sits higher.

Congrats

Great looking truck. I like my z71 stickers but i guess its what ever floats your boat. Agreed on taking the air deflector off makes it look alot better. Be sure you make sure the tires your get will fit with a leveling kit i have a little rubbing with a 2" leveling kit and i have 33's. The kit will tell you what size it recomends.

I have been doing allot of reading on here regarding the level kits, there is another member

that has the look I like with the stock Z71 rims, I believe he said his are 275-70-18

Thanks again everyone, I am pretty excited as it is my first new truck in 8 years.

I am logging off for now and will check back tomorrow am

Your truck looks sweet Ozzie, do you have a pic from the front of yours without the air dam?

Thanks. Just went out to take some updated shots. I'm still planning a 2" leveling kit and some larger tires.
