Not exactly safe, but what can I do? (notice the bottom 2x4 splitting under load)

All you have to do is loosen (but NOT removing the nuts) the upper ball joint and the sway bar, then remove the lower shock mounts and squeeze in the lifting block, then reassemble. Very easy.

Here's why you must do an alignment right after leveling the truck - my caster was way out of whack (see blue circle):

Looks great! How much did the alignment run you and who did it?

Tire Kingdom. $150 for 3 years, as many times as I want.

1 time was $80... so, it was no brainer to go for $150/3 years. I guarantee you, I'll be having the alignment checked every few months :)

which RC part number did you use? 1307 or 1308

1307

whats the difference with the 2 part numbers?

Thats one hell of a difference, I would love to do that to my truck but I have got to wait until my warranty is up, the dealer says that will void my warranty

Looks good, I can't wait till I get mine leveled. I need to find a shop that will do an alignment deal like yours.

Tire Kingdom. I did a google and they're in Houston (which is what your profile says regarding where you're located)

It will not void the warranty. The dealer has to PROVE that it affects something to void the warranty for that specific part only, it will not void the entire warranty. Your dealership needs a refresher with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Great write up. I'm considering the 2" RC kit also. I need to measure my garage door clearance first. It barely fits now.
