Sierra Going Away

Pulled the trigger on a 2011 Camaro today. Nothing fancy just the LT1 but it does have the 19 inch polished wheels and the boston sound package. Since the speed demon in me moved away a while back the 6 cylinder should fit my needs. It has the 6 speed auto and will get around 29 mpg highway and magazines show a 14.5 quarter mile time. Got $25,000 on trade for my Sierra. Altough I have no doubt a better deal could be had somewhere, sometime, with enough searching, I am satisfied. It's coming from another dealer and won't be in my driveway until Tuesday. I think the clock is already starting to slow down.

 

It should look similar to the one in the photo. summit white with hugger orange deck stripes. When it arrives I will post a couple more pics.

I thought about it but just couldn't justify the extra $$. 312hp out of the 6 makes me hope I won't regret my decision.

The only car I'd drive if I wasn't driving the truck. Only an SS but... I understand why you got the 6

The 6 will probably save you on insurance also....the HP should be enough to have fun with...Congrats !!

some people like the 6....but a 2010 SS with under 20k miles with warranty can be bought for around 28k. I love the camaro in white like you picked out;0)

I know two people who bought the six and both are amazed by it both in terms of power and mileage. Good choice!

Nice but I really hate the white. Prefer a much darker hue such as black.

btw, if you have towing mirrors on your sierra, I want to trade before it's out of your hands if you're local to Fort Lauderdale.

 

By the looks of the terrain, you're probably not in Florida.

Your post confuses me... Did you get a v6 or V8? You have an SS pictured, but mention you got an LT (no such thing as LT1. it's LS, LT, RS, 1SS, 2SS)

Well just to give ya an idea a Marine buddy of mine got a 2010 Camaro RS V6 and had it 5 months before trading it in on a 2010 Camaro SS. He said it was just underpowered for him. Just my $.02
