So, I stumbled upon this youtube video about why this woman, http://www.youtube.com/user/LibertyChickLi...u/1/Yd-nnmvr7Dc , in the link does not support our troops, oh she also has many other videos about how she practically hates America and everyone in it but herself, I understand people are subject to their right of speech to an extent, but what digs inside me with so much angst and hate is how she doesnt care and she truely does not support the families or soldiers going out to war killing people WHO ARE SHOOTING AT US FIRST!!! Im in the military and know what its like, Im deploying to Afghanistan next may for 6 months and leaving a wife and baby girl alone here in the states, why do I do this? for the money, yeah need that to support my family, for the medical benefits, Uh most companies globally offer some type of med insurance and the militarys is far from the best, I do it for the college tuition and education benefits, Yeah I will take advantage of what they are offering me, Oh and trust me they dont pay enough to go to an Ivy league school or a top knotch college, but it will pay for online schooling for most active military that want the degree so when real world time comes along we are not in the dark lookin for min wage. I do what I do for many reasons even one reason for every other living being that doesnt want to go through the pain and sacrifices that we endure everyday of this job, your Freedom, freedom is not free, its not payed with moneys to other countries, it paid with the soldiers lives that were taken in the line of fire to make sure their son or daughter has a chance to make this world hopefully, a better place for when they themselves have children of their own.

 

 

I wish I could explain why we do this, but everyone has different reasons, and these reasons kick in when gun shots ring out in the field and when IED's explode underneath the convoy truck you happen to be in.

 

Who can fathom? Its beyond me now. If this rant is too political for your likening , then ban me or whatever but let the public read this message and get something from it.......

As a former member of the Canadian Forces and still having freinds that are in I hope this bitch has a slow, painful and well planned death. But, as a Marine, I can tell you from MY experience.

 

I would not fight for this country again until things change here.

 

Our system is designed for the rich. There are exceptions. <.1%

 

Most of the folks I served with were from poor/lower middle class families.

While people were dieing the rich continue to..

 

God, I hated to have to write this.

 

The poor and middle class are getting screwed so hard.

I consider anyone making more than 100K per year to be rich.

That ought to piss some folks off.
