I have been thinking about one of these style ladders for a while. What is everyones opinion on them, and what brand do you have/suggest?

I have been looking at the 22' Werner from HD.

TY!

I have the 17' little giant, rated @ 250 lbs (per side in A frame) and i love it!

Extremely stable, light weight, easy to use, locks in tight, and has never let me down.

Best part about it is i bought it off woot.com for around $120 or so..

I have the 22' Werner from home depot. Very good ladder. It is very strong and stable. People complain that it is a tad heavy, but hey, it is very strong and sturdy. I'd definitely buy this ladder again. Best of all, When it is not in use, it stores easily in my garage wall.

I bought the Werner version, 22' from Lowe's a while back for $60, found it on sale on Spoofee.com, I love that ladder.

Sounds like the Werner 22' is a winner!

Chevyman23- ONLY $60.00????? I hate you! I would have bought at least 3, and sold 2 for a $100/each! Lol

TY again to all for the replies!

I got a Gorrila brand one from Lowes or Home Depot about 5 years ago, and its been great. The ablity to do so many things and all in diffent lenghts is great.

Same one I have.....I think a 17 footer. I do not like heights, but feel extremely safe on this ladder once it's set up. I do find it a bit on the heavy side, and a bear to set up to full length and place against the house to clean gutters....but stable as all h*ll

Little Giant ladders are great. I have (had since I have retired) been using them in the Air Force for the last 15 years. They get the job done!

I have a little giant - heavy but worth the money.

Will do any job you ask it to do within its design scope.
