Sounds great! Glad it all went well for you. I miss the old 350 days but the 5.3 has grown on me over the last 6 years of owning the Sierra.

Oh I'm not done! There some more work I need to do to get it back on the road, but not TOO much more.

 

I won't miss the 350 one bit...I'm tired of shitty gas mileage with likewise performance

I've had both the 350 and the 323. IMO the 5.3 is a lot better. It gets good gas mileage has good power, and you can rev the nuts off of it while it runs as smooth as glass. Even Duals sound better on the 5.3. Your truck is one nice looking GMT400
