press and hold or just tap? Will i lose all of my presets?

 

 

Press & hold for 8-10 seconds and you shouldn't lose your presets.

Has this problem be rectified? I just put one in my wife's 07 Tahoe LTZ and we experiencing the same problem with XM. I downloaded the latest software also and installed but it seems to still happen intermittently.
