How to add a homelink to my 2011 Tahoe?

Who can help lead me in the right direction to upgrade my vehicle to have the homelink system added. I have the sunroof but no power lift gate. I need the part number and where to get the parts if possible.

Will this work on the Tahoe? It still seems to refer to the silverado from what I could tell.

I "think" they are all the same. Just note that these are not really homelink (they are made by lear)....

You can get one from a salvage yard or eBay, it's plug and play. I did the same for my truck. Any truck or suv one will work as long as it supports the features you have.

What color is your interior? I have a tan one that I was going to use but it's too tan for my interior that I can sell you.........

Thanks to all. one more question. Is the 2500 console the same as the 1500?

In my old truck, I took apart a sun visor i got on ebay and mounted it inside the plastic overhead console. I followed a thread on another forum, and it was easy to do. Just power, ground, and program.
