I prefer the debadged look, but the black emblems definately look great. Well done.

Thanks! Now I just need one of those AWESOME signature pictures. Did you take that picture?

How is the plasticdip holding up. Is any of it peeling off at the edges or does it still look the same. I love the look but don't want to have to redo it every couple of months.

I love the look of your truck!!

Thanks

Yes. I was actually out storm chasing in Tornado Alley when this pic was taken.

:jester: Nah, not really. Umberto used his PS skills and hooked me up.

So far, so good but it has only been a couple of weeks. I had some trouble with the "H" on all three Avalanche emblems and there is a little bit of the chrome showing but it It doesn't look any different than the day I did it.

I wonder if Umberto could hook me up as well. That is one nice signature picture to go along with one NICE truck!

Looks really good.

Only problem is that it makes me want a new Camaro that much more now!

Will be interesting to see how this holds up over a few months. I took mine off soaked them in gas to remove the adhesive backing foam, then I sanded them with a Dremel to scuff them up primed and painted mine very well with several coats and they looked great for almost a year then they started slowly chipping and pulling away exposing the chrome. I loved the look but have since debadged my truck and it's starting to grow on me but would like them back as well. I have backed myself into a hole on being able to have chrome ones since everything else is blacked out on mine. I wonder if you can have plasic powder coated since the emblems are made from plastic? I assume not since they have to be baked at high temps to work.

That looks really good. Goes well with the rims.
