Spent a long time and a lot of quarters giving mine a good wash. Came out nice and then I put the tonneau back on that I took off a few months back and its covered in pollen. Oh well. Most of the truck looks good.

If you have a place to wash it get a power washer, it won't take long for it to be worth it. I get all the big stuff off with the washer and then do the rest by hand. Does a great job, and is free.

Just remembered a 100k item I forgot, spark plugs and wires. I'll probably go with Delco or Bosch.

Every time I use AcDelco plugs and wires on anything they always work great. The one and only time I used Bosh plugs was in my Wife's Grand Prix and it kept fouling them.

Just do it right. Wash before and after with dawn soap for better results. Youve seen what it does to grease in commercials. It will take everything including wax off. So less for your clay bar to work through, and then after will clean off leftover residue.

And DONT drop it. Pretend its soap in prison.

Not today but it was on Friday. I Installed my new V1 radar detector, Ended up Hard wiring it to the OnStar power feed, then took her for a 1200 mile drive to Michigan. Im really happy with the BB tune and also the new V1 that thing saved me a ton on the drive. Also did pretty good on mileage averaged around 75 mph all the way.20130719_163635_zps631d1fa0.jpg

Had a 1/4 tank left when this was taken and I had just kicked it down to "keep up with traffic"

Got my new alternator replaced with another new one (under warranty) and it fixed my flashing battery light that wouldn't go away. Got all this done at 5 am in under 20 minutes, not bad
