I have been sanding and laying fiberglass on the boat. I dont have a fancy mask like yours

I'm on the right. That was my first fire. Kitchen fully involved at a church. Everyone was taking a break and I'm just standing there still geared up. Wasn't sure if probies got a break

No, you turn it in and get issued another one at a new base.

But thats the one you keep at home now instead of getting issued for every training mission and deployment
