Is winter ever coming?  Not that I'm complaining since I love these nice high temps we've been having.  But a record high temp yesterday of 58 (Milwaukee, WI) and now they are expecting snow tomorrow.  Geez, last year at this time we had a foot of snow on the ground and more coming.  It was nice to roll down the windows one last time before the cold weather hits.

Maybe the high was 68, I couldn't remember, all I know was it was really warm and windy.  Then it started to pour which sucked because I was painting in the garage so I had to close the door.

Bite  your tongue!  :D

This weather is more than welcome here in New England. I'll take this weather all "winter" for the rest of my life. Winter should only consist of the first snow, and then melt the next day  ;)

I should be out fishing...

I guess I'm the only one here who doesn't like seeing the Christmas lights up at night while I'm still wearing shorts and a T-shirt.  Man, I want some snow.

And this warm weather is terrible for the coal industry, which most of this state depends on.  We need a good long cold spell so people will burn more coal.  As of now there are many mines talking of closing soon if business doesn't pick up.

Sorry guys, BUT I WANT SOME SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :D

69 degrees in Michigan in December?  This has been silly.  We haven't even had measurable snow in the western lower peninsula yet.  Not even much rain to speak of.  Guess it all falls on Milwaukee before getting to us   :D  Too think I winterized my boat in October thinking I'd be shoveling snow soon.  Hmph!

Oh, we've got rain in Milwaukee.  Actually there was a downpour last night for a few hours, but before that it has been pretty dry for a few weeks.  No snow yet, but they say in a few days we should, although they've been saying that for a few weeks now.

I'm on the eastern side of MI.  I've seen like 3 flakes so far and they were gone before they hit the ground.  I'm going to be very disappointed if this is my first green Christmas.  Rumors say flurries Saturday.  I'm praying for 8".

Why won't it just get cold and let the ground freeze like it is supposed in December?  This warm temps aren't letting the ground freeze so once we get our first snow its going to be one heck of a mess.  This is great weather for spring, but come on, its December!

Good God! 60? 70? Thats INSANE!!!

It's been pretty wintry here... got about 3" of snow last night, and it hasn't been above 35 degrees in a couple weeks.

It's typical December weather here...

Yep, its been pretty dang warm around here lately as well.  Except for 3 days last week, it has been over 50 almost all of November and is expected to be that warm for atleast another week.  I would imagine it will still be snowing in March around here to make up for it.

I'm sitting in the same boat you are Jp, as soon as that first snow hits it is going to be an absolute mess.

It's been in the upper 60s nad lower 70s here for weeks.  I'm to the point that I would just be happy with some rain.  We've got forest fires raging all over here and if we don't get some rain there's not much hope.  I don't thikn a little rain and snow and ALOT of cold is too much to ask for December and January.
