I'll use the same logic to sue the state of Texas for the damage they did to the hood of my Chevy. I was doing 95 through a 35 mph construction zone, hit three highways workers and their hard hats flew off leaving three very large dents in my hood. Jeez, what's a guy to do nowadays to protect his investment?!?!

 

 

This was a stupid thing to do I agree, but where are you guys getting this lawsuit stuff from????

Some shopping center owners place large rocks, 3-4 feet in height, in the landscape islands to keep drivers from destroying the landscaping and irrigation lines. I am going to assume that you either (i) drove into the landscaped area or; (ii) a big rig drug the rock into the parking field and you ran into it. Either way, a rock that big should have been easy to see and avoided.

 

Only way Walmart would help you out is if you filed an incident report right then and there.

I'd just like a pic of what was hit. I've had a few shopping carts jump out in front of me in my day but that damage was obviously caused by something much more substantial.
