VIN Decode Please

I know it's not a truck, but it will be a work car that allows me to pay for my truck so hopefully it is still ok to post in this forum! (Mods, move if needed)

 

If I can reach a deal, I will be picking up a 2008 Chevy Cobalt for work, and wondered what all options it has ("the minor one that are behind the scenes sometimes"). Won't be a deal breaker, but the main 1 I am wondering about is if it has ABS or not. Just want to know for sure before finding out the hard way!

Also, is it true I can add the factory remote start by only having the computer flashed (and the correct remotes)?

Ended up with a different Cobalt. They wouldn't budge on the '08.
