2013 Color choices

I am not too keen on the 2014's, so I might order a 2013. Saw in the online order guide the PCI RPO code for deep indigo metallic, has anyone seen one in person? I searched this forum and internet for pictures, none to found.

Are you talking GMC or Chevy, because they each use different paint sales names (even though its the same paint code)??

It's on the GMC online ordering codes. The link is in a sticky at the top, copied from the form below. I am wondering if it's like the indigo color my friends 1999 was, kind of a deep blue metallic, not the current Heritage purple/blue.

Chevrolet calls that color DEEP RUBY METALLIC, it's the same color. That's the color of my 08 Silverado.

Sounds like all they did was add some tacky fake chrome and call it an "edition". Probably want more money for it with the special name also.

The color looks really good, especially in the sun. The metallic flake really stands out.

Deep ruby sounds red like, not blue.

Did you click on the name of the color in the order guide? If you click Color and Trim under Ordering Info you should be able to click on the color name and a picture will pop up to see the color. It does not appear that the color is updated on the GMC site at this point. Let me know if you need anything else.

_{Well, at the end of 2012 GMC ran a few "Heritage Blue Metallic" Sierra's through. I thought that might have been the color in question.}
