I saw the new sound bar they have and it sounds amazing. I don't care for their mobile audio but I love their home audio. Their new TV is also pretty badass

I have a Bose audio system in by living room and garage, love it. I have the V-Class 5 speaker system in the living room and upstairs along with the Soundbar system in the garage. They are pricey but well worth the money IMO. It's amazing the sound thatcomes out of that thing, better than a movie theater. Best thing about the Bose systems are they do not take up a lot of space.

The only Bose product I've been disappointed in is their headphones.

A friend of mine has some old Bose box speakers for their tv and it sounds incredible.

This is what I want to get for my living room. I have a Sony sound bar system in my bedroom and it is enough for a small room.

I don't have a problem with Bose it sounds good but in my opinion your paying for a name more than anything. I've got a Polk audio theater and it's awesome!!

agreed. bose is kind of like a generic high end speaker name that everyone knows. i have a combination of Onkyo Polk and Sony for my surround sound it sounds decent

I bought the Acoustimass 5 system back in 1990. It was a stereo system, 2 speakers, one sub. Amazing sound out of speakers that you had to look for in the room. Connected to a Harmon Kardon PM665 and a Harmon Kardon cd unit was the best sounding setup I ever had, even to this day.

I'd also have to agree with this, the stuff does sound great but you are still paying a lot for the name.

I also can't see a sound bar being better than a 5.1 setup unless you just really can't run the cords well. I'd be more inclined to go with something like this at 1/2 the price if I were really going to pay that kind of money.

Regardless it's what you want and I'm sure it will sound pretty freaking amazing. Let us know if you get it.

I have to save up. The Yamaha bar doesn't look bad. I used to have a powerful 5.1 system from them, but I would like a receiver

the bose in the GMT800's is dissapointing but the home theater equipment is immpressive

I like the Bose system in the 900's. If just the dashboard wouldn't vibrate so badly...lol.

But actually I don't know how good sound is supposed to sound good.

What I mean is I have no idea if a sound system is good or not just by listening to it.

I hear a lot of good things about Bose systems though.

That's all I can say.

so long

    • Do you remember that Harley Davidson was more successful (solvent) when it produced about 60% of the market demand (by design) and forced wait times of up to three years? Even when your turn came around it was, "Take what we are giving you or move to the back of the line and start over". HUGE markup's were 'normalized' and dealer killed. 40% markup and no floor plan? What's not to love? Greed will kill them yet. They have surplus production and customer base is tanking. And still they think nosebleed pricing will work.
    • The engine was done as part of the 6.2 recall?   You'd have to see if your VIN also has the 6.2 engine special coverage on it.  Coverage number is N252494003.  If you have this, your engine is covered under this and NOT the GM replacement part engine warranty which is 3yr/100k from the date of install.  The 3yr/100k mi warranty is in effect for non warranty purchases.     This is not any different if it was replaced under warranty without a recall or special coverage.  So if you had a 5.3 and it popped at 3 years in at 50,000mi during the 5yr/60k powertrain, the replacement engine would not get the 3yr/100k, and instead gets the remainder of the 5yr/60k as coverage.     So N252494003 gives 10 years or 150,000mi of coverage, which ever comes first, starting at the vehicle in service date.  So if your in service date is 01/01/2022, N252494003 gives you special coverage of the engine until 01/01/2032 or 150,000mi, whichever comes first.  So if your start date was 01/01/2022, you'd have left 5 years and 4 months (lets round to august 1st), or 62,000mi left of coverage.   So you need to know your in service date to know how much coverage is left.
    • Okiee dokie there bud, way to take things to the extreme.   I guess you missed the whole point and take things way to serious. I installed different EV6 style injectors that just so happen to be larger in my car running the same LQ4 engine and with a better spray pattern than the stock style injectors and I noticed no difference in the idle quality. Kinda was my round about way of saying that even if you put the same size but better style injectors in your truck, you will likely see the same thing.    I'm sure you're great to have conversations with in person if that's how you act through a keyboard. One little things sets you off and now I guess my dick is all up in your face.
    • I can't believe that could possibly be the case. It should be 36mo/100k miles from installation. Then again, it also seems like since a dealership installed it, it'd all be in the system and you wouldn't need to worry about registering, either. Shows you what I know. 😄 Hope this one outlives the warranty!
