The pig and the brick!!!

I made a little trip this past week pulling this trailer to NC. Fuel milage was in the tank. At 75 mph got 8.8 mpg!! Slowed down to 65 mph went to 9.2 settled in on 70 Mph with about 9.0 mpg. When it gets loaded will be bringing it back to AR just can't wait. Trailer is 32 foot long, 8 foot wide and top over gooseneck is 11 foot high, just like a big brick!!! :jester:

It certainly does look like a big brick. I wonder if one of those air deflectors would help your mileage. It probably would, but it may take a long time to offset the cost. Of course if you put GM-TRUCKS.COM on it Ryan said he'd pay for it...

Ryan hauled sail boat fuel to NC, for my son. He is moving home and needed dads help.

Jonathan, they could paint the whole trailer with GM-Trucks.com if it would help the thing go thru the air any better. And my brother has one of the cab wings for his Ford one ton that he pulls it with, but on the up side I got better milage with my 6.6 than he does with his 7.3 and I have bigger fuel tank than him!!! :jester:
