Anyone running Nitto Trail Grapps?

They're a popular tire, probably a reason. I haven't had mine long enough to notice any wear (3k miles) but from everything I hear they're long lasting tires.

Now that I think about it, if I were to get new wheels with 37's they would have to be either 18's or 20's. My 17's look a little small with 35's, cant wait to see em with 37's haha

My truck had toyo m/t's on it when I bought it. They were pretty much toasted but they seemed quiet, handled good. Deff harder rubber than the coopers. I still have two that are about 50%. But the toyo were more expensive than the coopers.

Jesus. You would be hard on parts if you had 650hp to play with LOL. I constantly have to remind myself to take it easy LOL.

Had two sets of 295/70R17 Nitto Trail Grapps on my last two GMCs and I will probably put them on my new Ford as well. Excellent tires. Long life with regular rotation, even wear, pull like hell off road, and good street manners. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new M/T.

You also gotta remember I have a little 10 bolt g80 turning 35's (was 33's) and a shitty 4L60E tranny, that is built enough now for larger tires, and my driving habits. I use to smoke my 33's at least twice a week in the school parking lot hahahaha...

And if I had a TT Dmax, I would not have enough $$$$ in the world to keep from trying to break it. But you cant, its a Dmax

Lol man...you can break anything. The tranny is this thing was almost 8 grand with the triple disc. I did a beefed up driveshaft, I put a transfer case brace on it as well. Some day I'm gonna have to do merchant auto's motor mounts, I installed a go-pro under the hood with magnet light. Did some boost launches you should see the friggin engine twist holy man. I was told its normal, still freaked me right out. Last time I changed diff oil the rear magnet looked like a Christmas tree with all the metal LOL.

ive been thinking about getting those in that size...but then i saw that theyre 71 pounds a tire....not sure how that would drive. my current 305/70/17 terra grapplers are 61 pounds. not sure if i should be concerned about the extra weight. theyd be slightly smaller which would help. ive basically narrowed it down to cooper stt's (which are 63 pounds) and another set of terra grapplers (55 pounds for the 295's) or the trail grapplers.
