2014 Wheel Locks

I want to get some wheel locks for my 20in All Terrain wheels. I was looking in the GM catalog - which ones do I need - there are 2 to choose from..

You dont have a center cap so you dont need external threads

Does your existing lug nuts have plastic caps on them that screw on? If so, I would think you need the second set?

Those look like acorn nuts so the first will work

You don't necessarily need the center cap to have the external threaded lugs. Mine has black plastic caps that look like lugs that cover the actual lug nuts. The ones pictured above look like 1 piece lugs and the top one 12498076 would be correct.

I have the same truck as GMC-AT with the same wheels. I ordered 12498076 based on this thread, and it was the wrong part. They were more made for fitting under hubcaps/big centercaps. They were in a GM package but were labeled McGard on the actual key.

Mr. GMC AT It is hard to tell from the picture but does the new wheel lock stick out further than the stock lugs? If so how much? thanks.

I need to get these. Can prolly just get them at a local tire/wheel shop. Thats what I did on my 2010 Camaro.

I use Gorilla locks, lot better than the GM style locks.

 

What color is that truck OP?
