Well i got my tunes but I can only load one tune on to the autocal because I have 2 files in the read folder that are taking up 4 mb of space how do i delete them? The files are my stock ecm and tcm.

Go to EFILive Explorer and delete them from the unit.

I got it never mind haha dang windows crap anyways. My other question is what do you guys do with your stock tunes? Since the autocal will only hold 3 tunes which will consist of my 87-89 tune, 91 tune, and trans tune. Do you just save them on your computer incase you need them??

I flashed on the 91+ tune and trans tune, cleared the autocal and loaded my stock files on in case I need/want to go back. No need for the 87 tune for me, I didn't drop $500+ to worry about saving like $5 per tank.

alright and then if you have to go back to stock for warranty work and such all you have to do is delete the stock tunes again and put the performance tunes back on the autocal?? haha yeah i know i would run the 91 tune but here in kansas where i live 91 octane gas isn't available at very many gas stations.

That's the plan. If something happens load the stock tunes, let the dealer do their thing, delete the stock tunes, load the modified ones, reflash the truck and then re-load the stock stuff on autocal.

I've never been to a station without at least 91. That's wild.

haha yeah there are quite a few here that don't have it. Little town where I fill up 90% of the time doesn't have it. I would have to drive 30 min for 91 :tumbleweed:

keep another file labelled, such as stock, or tuned. click, drag and delete as needed. this is coming from a mac guy. i will keep the stock files loaded and ready to go, in case you needed a dealer trip. it is easy and the only thing that sucks is when u have to drive it home with stock files :)
