Drop for rear only?

I agree, there's a ton of rake in the stock suspension but since I bought it to tow I'm hesitant to lower it until I sort out my hitch. Once I see where it sits then I'll decide how much to drop it, if at all.

You could always level it out with shackles and add helper bags for towing. But I'd try hooking up your trailer to see where it sits before you pull the trigger on anything. I bet your trailer doesn't drop the rear more than an inch or two and you've got 4" to start with.

Using Belltech 6401 shackles on a 14 silverado, was there any issue with removing or installing the top bolt do to a weld or something under the bed getting inthe way?? Was it neccessary to loosen the four frame bolts to gain clearance?

there is a bed seam underneath right above the spring. Just fold it over to the side and your good.
