Yea, Pa is great if your buying a firearm but you can go to a California state college for free if you are a resident! I just purchased a Glock 23 in .40 cal for my daughter as a gift for graduation. CJ and Sociology degree from a private school in NEPA . It only cost me $ 25 grand after grants , scholarships and loans. ONLY

I didnt know there were waiting periods for long guns. Here in TN you can buy a long gun at walmart and walk right out with it.
