Just dip. I'm sure I'll change my mind 6 months down the road and I didn't want to regret it haha

But to add one more thing... I am really in love with the way it turned out. Can't wait to add the trim and flares back on to offset the grey.

X2. I've seen two Tundras done entirely in dip- one in a desert tan and one in olive drab. Both looked pretty damn good, at least in the pics.

 

As for me, today I dipped my wheels in charcoal grey, debadged everything, and rain-xed my windshield (hey, it's something).

 

With a clear satin top coat, it's pretty damn close to the factory plastic trim around wheel wells and air damn. Planning on dipping everything chrome on the front and back in same charcoal grey.

Here we go ... the sun was at a crappy angle so there's some overshadow in most pics. Better ones to come once I put everything back together.

How do they paint between the box and the cab? and if they do paint there, how do you ever peel that off?

Looks good.

I washed mine and went over it with chemical guys eco smart.

 

Turned out really good. I washed it clayed it, sealed it, and waxed it last week. I love when I am driving and I can see a nice reflection in the hood .
