New 2014 Silverado 6.2L LTZ Z71

Well, I couldn't hold out any longer, took delivery of a new '14 Silverado 6.2L LTZ Z71 yesterday. Paid supplier price less the holiday rebates and a 1K private offer. This thing motors! Add in the Line-X, and maybe some side-steps pretty soon. Yee ha!

Nice Truck. I have a similar one but with the 5.3. While that engine seems to work fine for me, I can't help but envy that 6.2. I know you'll enjoy that truck.

Hopefully BlackBear Performance will have a good tune for these soon! Unless they already do then I say, tune it asap!

I wish they offered the 6.2 in the regular cab . I have the 5.3 in mine . I have read a few complaints on here of the 5.3 being a little underpowered . I think it has enough power for me but my truck is a regular cab and weighs only 4,700 pounds . Most of the complaints are in the crew cabs .

Thanks for the compliments ... likewise for everyone else's trucks ... at the risk of stating the obvious, this forum is a great place to exchange info ... not sure if I want to sacrifice OEM warranty for a custom tune though (maybe down the road a bit) ... "keep on truckin baby"!
