2014 GMC Sierra Front Mud Guards

Are those before or after the tires? Are the they "aero" guards (in front) or "splash" guards (in the rear)?

Living in North Sask you should know that those plastics guards weren't going to hold up, I'm guessing they cracked due to cold weather and gravel roads. Get some thick rubber ones like everyone else.

no other year that i've heard of has had this problem, so of course i'd drive it like every other truck. i'm going with the weathertech, I just thought i'd show the quality of them. they were chewed like that in the summer

Those look the the front aero guards in front of the back tires. Thats messed up that they are that torn up.

But it helps improve fuel economy by reducing weight and aerodynamic drag because of built in vent holes.

No year ever had them. They are in front of the rear wheel.

You truck is still under warranty? I would be taking it back to the dealership and demanding them to fix it. Normal road wear doesn't doesn't include chewed up mud flaps.
