so i just bought some 275 70 18 bfg all terrains for my truck today finally! i could not take riding on those crappy goodyears. here are some quick pics. im hoping to get my sister in law to take some better pics with her dslr camera but that is a chore in and of its self.

i have the RC 2" level and the tires are the only aftermarket mod on my truck everything is bone stock.

i have no rubbing at all. 275 70 18 which according to a tire calc online they are approx 33.2x inches tall.

i have only put about 10 miles on them, i got them put on then came straight to work. but i was on the highway doing 70mph and i could not tell the difference in ride quality. i could hear them just a tad bit more then the stock tires but they are not loud at all!!! they are 10ply tires and i only have them aired up to 35psi im going to monitor the wear and adjust the air pressure accordingly. but like i said in the 10 miles that i drove with them i could not tell the difference in ride quality at all, and i am not one of the people who are numb from the neck down... lol

this is like my 5th set of bfg's i had some on my gmt 800 and they never let me down!

Looks great man. I'm really starting to prefer the look of the extra rubber on the 18s vs 20s on these trucks. Might consider dropping down to 18s when I upgrade my tires/wheels.

thank you. I really love the extra sidewall. I don't plan on going mudding but I do go off road at times and it's nice to have the extra sidewall to help with the bumps and the ruts.

BFG's KOs are great tires. You might take a hit in mileage since they are pretty heavy tires and bigger than stock. But who cares!

Also have the same plans for my truck when it arrives. Would like to see some pics when you get everything complete. Anyone finding a decent price on BFGs? I can't believe they've had the same pattern and same high prices for all these years and guys just can't get away from them (me included). Jumping to a 10ply stings the wallet too.

I like the extra sidewall as well. My 18s jumped to a mandatory 20in I believe when I ordered tow package with 3.73 rear end. Maybe I'm just getting old, but the 20in chromes are awfully fancy for my taste. For the $1000 upcharge I may get use to them.

yeah im def taking a hit approx. about 2mpg but your right I don't care, I cant beat the look and performance of the tires off and on road.

yeah im not all that old but I still don't like 20's on trucks because the sidewalls are a little too small for me. the prices on the bfg are crazy for sure but luckily I used to work at discount tire and stayed really good friends with my manager so he always gives me a good deal on tires and in return I send him a lot of business.

Great looking truck. I have been watching the lifts and tires on here and I was leaning toward 2 - 2.5" and some larger tires on the stock wheels since I like them and seeing your truck seals the deal for me.It is hard to see the difference between 2" and 2.5" lifts in most of the pictures I have seen. I had the KO's in the past in 265 and 285, great tires.
