Physically yes she is fine. We lost a baby yesterday unfortunately. 15 weeks pregnant everything going well, all of a sudden she is in er. Pretty devastating but we are coping. Thanks for your concern.

Thanks guys appreciate the concern. I'm having a hard time figuring out if this tranny is gonna work now. I think I am buggered because of the larger input shaft and torque converter on my existing trans. Can anyone help me to decode the torque converter? I am losing my patients with this thing I need to get back to work. Tag in converter reads dg5f I can't find out if it's the larger or smaller. Thanks again

 

 

Well off to spend more money I don't have. Found one from an 06. Hopefully this will finally go smooth.

The one from the 06 should work better as it will have the same bellhousing and torque converter. I do believe that there was a switch in the electronics in the 60e in 04, as an input shaft speed sensor was added and a few other little things so the 99 tranny may not have played nicely electronically. Best of luck. Replace those cooler lines!

You have to do what you gotta do when you're dealing with income. I know all about the whole needing a tranny on a budget deal. He can run used until he has the funds and be fine. It's not easy getting new and doing payments when you're strapped for cash.
