18x9 Wheels and 285/65 tires

I want to put 285s on my 2014 truck like I had on my 08. I had only a 3/4" front lift with Bilsteins on the 08. My desire is to have either a 1 1/2" or 2" max leveling in the front.

Is there plenty of room for a 285/65-18 on a 9" wheel? What offset/backspace?

You should have no problem at all fitting that size, especially with a 1.5" or 2.0" lift, especially if you stick close to stock offset (+24)

Consider that I'm running 275/70/18 on the stock rims (18 x 8.5, +24 offset) which is about .5" taller with a 1.5" lift and there was no trimming involved and no rubbing, even at full lock.

Are you going to level this one? 2" leveling kit and you can do whatever offset you want with that tire, Its still pretty small
