2013 2500HD leftover

If I can get a sweet deal on a 2013 2500HD, are they worth it or go for the 2015? Looking at an SLE ext cab 6.0L, dealer is taking about 14% off MSRP. Or can I do better than that? thanks.

I am not sure where you are located and that could make a difference, with that said I think that you are leaving a lot on the table if he only gets 14% off. In my mind a 2 year old truck should be down about 20% or more. Of course it all depends on how bad you want the truck and how it fits your needs. I belive that it is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Anything to lookout for with the 2013's?? I agree, this was just there first offer, I am sure I can do better. I am in the northeast.

I agree that you should be able to do better price wise than the 14%. I did nearly that much about a year ago.

I'd drive em both. To me the '15 seems a lot more quiet at highway speed. Whether the new body's worth the price difference would be your choice.

The '15 will have the same chassis as the '13, the body is just different, so it depends how much you want to spend. I agree with the others though that 14% isn't much off, it's already 2-3 years old as far as the Blue Book value as soon as you drive it off the lot.

After almost a year and a little over 10,000 miles, the only problem I've had was a bad front axle seal at about 3000 miles. Oh....and the radio sucks.

Front axle seal for me too (right side). That was the only trip to the dealer in two years.

I just traded my 13 3500 for a 15 3500. They are both great but if they wont budge anymore go for the 15 if you can afford it. Dont get me wrong like I said my 13 was great but the 15s are way ahead as far as interior. The 13 will feel dated where the 15s are a lot more comfortable and have the technology that was previously lacking.

The sticker on my 2013 6.0 2500 LT was about $43000 I got it out the door for $34000 with no money down in October. In California where everything is overpriced.
