BB tuned for 94 octane but....

I have the BB tuned for 94 octane , if I use 91 octane will the tune have to be re done?

...maybe. It' depend on how much advance was programmed in. Watch for detonation. No detonation, and you're good to go.

If you get detonation, STOP driving and get some octane booster in it before you wreck a piston.

You should be fine. Sure it was tuned for 94? Never seen 94. 93 is a little more common

94 is sold at a few stations for substantially more than 93 for suckers.

Ryan, I can get 94 octane here in Canada at Sunoco or Petro-Canada. It's called Ultra94. It's probably not much better then 93.
