What size 18" KO2s? Looks like there is plenty of room in that fender for a larger tire.

285 65 18. Probably could of went a little bigger but didn't want to worry about having to trim anything

Do you have any pics of your old 305/50 setup? I want to run that when I get new tires for my truck. How'd you like it?

it rode ok but I didn't like the small sidewall. I would run 305 55 if I was u. When u hit bumps with 305 50 u really fill it.

I'm not sure. 305/60r18 will fit with no level or lift on stock +31 offset rims. BFGs run narrow and the specs are saying 33.5x12.2. I doubt that is treadwidth, probably section width, so width and height "should not" be a problem for rubbing, but I can't find anyone running them. When you are lock to lock, (have someone hold against the lock), see if you are hitting anywhere. That 285 is about 32.5" tall, right?

yes it 32.5 overall diameter and the 305 65 18 bf is 33.5 overall. They don't make a 305 60 18 in ko2

Nitto makes a 305/60r18 in P-metric--lighter than an LT, but BFG is better looking tire (and more capable). If you find a post with 305/65 KO2s, please link it here.

yes I saw that with nitto but wanted to stay with bfg ko2. With the 285 I have now at full lock it's less than 1/2" from hitting inner fender. Anything bigger and would have to trim

This truck is a daily driver so the build has been kept simple and neat. 2.5" Rough Country leveling kit with 285/70R17 BFG KO2 All Terrains. Wheels are XD797 17x9 with a -12" off site and 4.53 backspacing. There is no rubbing and has approximately 3/4" clearance at full turn. I ran roughly 3,000 miles prior to adding the leveling kit and wheels/ tires. I was averaging about 19.5 MPG. Since the mods, I have decreased to roughly 17.9 MPG's but have not been running the same route as the first 3K. The next two weeks will provide a better idea of expected MPG's.

Naked is the way to go if you're color matched :)

The handles and mirror caps are painted, bought it that way. There are quite a few on eBay.
