55 is almost 1300 square inches and 60 is over 1500.

Still thinking that 60 would probably be too big. 55 just right, imo.

It's not all about size.... it's all about how you view it....

Sorry. Had to.[emoji38]

Hahaha that's horrible

I'm about 8 feet away from my tv. Finally picked out a TV & gonna go with the Samsung 55" 6350. After that, I might buy a receiver & speaker system.

You can't go wrong with Samsung. I have one of their blu Ray surround sound systems with my 60" in the great room and it sounds great as far as I'm concerned.

55"-60" is great for that distance according to viewing distance calculators. I think you'll be real happy with the Samsung. Great choice.

Actually I'm 10 feet away from eye level to my tv. 55" be big eniugh or should I get the 60" one?

So far, I've decided on a home receiver and a surround sound system for my apartment.

Most likely gonna go with these two.

I think you'll be happy with that receiver, people seem to like them. Good that it has plenty of ports, mine only has 5 and it'll be full once I get an xbone. And I don't even run the satellite thru the receiver.

Don't know anything about the speakers, but looks like they got good reviews.

You run the satellite thru the xbone.
