Looks like the energy set goes on sale a couple times a year for $300 or less so if you catch one of them that'll save you $50ish unless you pay taxes with Amazon or Newegg. Receiver seems pretty good it's been $20 cheaper before. As far as quality of speakers no clue but Onkyo has a good reputation.

Polks are good and Klipsch are even better imo. Though costly.

Agree. I'm a big fan of Klipsch. Great audio over all ranges. I'm running the quintets and 10" powered sub right now.

I saw the Polks as a killer deal for the sound you get, I've been impressed enough I would definitely consider something they made for my pickup. They kick the crap out of the Bose and Sony's I've listened to at stores.

I still consider Bose to be overpriced for what you get since they made a name for them self's back when they were the best, they are riding their name and letting suckers buy the products now. I wish it didn't takee me so long tof save up for the Klipsch towers I want lol. Hopefully I'll be happy with them when I get em

Do you live near a Frys electronics? In their newspaper ads they often run LG 55" LED tv for $799. I have both Samsung and LG and prefer LG. Here is 240hz but only 2 Hdmi inputs, can get a hdmi switch off amazon for cheap. http://www.frys.com/product/8129775?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG

I echo the guy above get 120hz save the cash, my 240 compared to 120 looks "fake". Prefer the Xbox one on the 120 too, it doesn't make any sense but COD feels "slower" on the 240 to me.

On the 15th Sam's club will be selling a 4K Vizio smart tv for $1000. Its either 55 or 60. It was on slickdeals.

That's a real good deal.

I have no idea. If so it'd be 2 hours away if so.

I grabbed a 60" 120hz Smart Sharp Aquos on sale at best buy a while back. It was 859 or 879, if memory serves me correctly. I must say I have been very impressed with both the picture and sound. I bet they will have a great price in the next couple of weeks with the sales season.

How much it cost if you don't mind me asking? I was gonna get the Samsung 6350, bit changed my mind once again. Lol

I think I paid right at $900 and that was with tax. I went in looking at the same Samsung and the Sharp had a much better picture. They were the same price when I looked, but the store manager at best buy stated that they always price match and that the Sharp was listed on another site for $859 or $879, so he price matched and we also had a 10% off one item promo.
