Interior Control Knobs Cover Kit

Hello everyone

I just bought a 2014 Silverado 1500 High Country and I love it (my last truck was a 2001 Dakota 4 door). One small thing that does bother me a little are those cheap rubber feeling control knobs. Being that I have a CNC machine I decided to make some knob covers. Let me know what you think!

Made from T6 6061 Aluminum and machine/hand polished to a bright shiny finish. These slide right over the existing rubber knobs for a snug positive fit. I made them for the radio knobs, fan speed and temperature knobs, 4x4 and light control knobs.

Other Silverado/Sierra owners have asked me to make a set for them, so I have and they love them. I've sold a few sets on Ebay and thought I'd offer the same to the forum members here. Making truck parts isn't my business, I CNC manufacture small components for the firearms industry, I do the truck parts for fun :)

I'll gladly send you a set of knobs for your 2014-2015 Silverado/Sierra truck. Each set of 7 knob covers cost 99.00 shipped anywhere in the US (international will cost more with shipping).

Because I am new to the forum here is a little bit about me :

I own and run a firearms business, The Shooters Box, my website is theshootersbox.com

I've been selling on Ebay (username theshootersbox) for many years now with over 700+ feedback and a 99+% positive feedback rating

My Amazon username is Shooters Box with a 4.9 out of 5 star rating.

If you'd like a set send 99.00 via Paypal to [email protected] and indicate Silverado Knob Kit with your payment. International orders can contact me and I will get you a price including shipping. These are made and ready to ship out.

These knobs fit the 8" Diagonal Color Touch Navigation Radio System, dual climate control, 4x4 vehicle. Please see the pictures to confirm you have the same radio option that I have. Feel free to message me with any questions. Full satisfaction money back guaranteed.

Thank you everyone and it's great to be part of the forum!

Looks nice, I prefer the rubber edges though lol. I wonder how well they would stay if you left that small front section off so it's only the outer edge. That would make it look more factory than just some cover pieces. Or would that make them slide too far in? Just a thought.

how polished looking are these. Hard to tell in the pics. are they a matte finish or polished almost chrome finish?
thanks Please PM me so I make sure I get it

I like it!

I was just looking at my radio the other day and sighed in frustration that the rubber on the knobs is already "polished" from the previous owner constantly adjusting the radio volume. (he didn't know about the steering wheel controls maybe?)

I wonder how durable it'd be to paint these a matte black? or maybe to coat them in plastidip? I agree with some of the others I like the oem look, just not the durability.

Hello

Thank you very much for the kind words. Each knob cover is machine and then hand polished to a high luster finish, similar to chrome and as bright as you could polish aluminum. We absolutely can coat them and black would be easy to do. We use Cerakote which is an extremely durable ceramic based spray on/bake on coating that we use on firearms. The coating should basically last a lifetime.

We may (down the road some time) make some out of titanium or some aluminum smooth round ones that have a fine knurled finish for grip.

Thanks for the suggestions and keep em coming!
