I glad you started this thread! I've been meaning to, but never got around to it. There doesn't seem to be a ver big presence on here of our color. I too hate that they are discontinuing it, but glad I got one while i could!

Update: Talked to sales and GM recalled the license for that, no one can produce that and sell it. Only option now is to buy one have it stripped and painted yourself....

That's unfortunate. I wanted to purchase a set for my fathers 2015. Did they mention if the license would ever be renewed?

Yeah sucks, no mention of it returning. Ill probably just buy a black one and stick with it.

As far as I know I'm one of the first to color match a Slate gray metallic silverado. Just got it back from the body shop yesterday. Sorry it's kind of dirty, we just had some snow here lol.

I like that a lot. How much did you pay to have it color matched. Definitely something I would wanna do!
