so i recently attempted to help a friend in need.....he has an 06 sierra slt with a standard bose system,foolishly before he could tell me this(he already removed factory bose h/u) i pulled the 24pin harness apart from the factory wiring......not damaged,just removed,now im looking for any pics or schematics/lit on the proper placement of these 14 little wires in their cozy lil harness.....any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

  I have the exact same problem. No USB drive passes the "correctly formatted" alert, but they are all readable. Every once in a while the truck will build a directory structure onto the drive. Also I've been hearing that the Surround Video Record has been deploying to the Tahoe's and Suburban's, Why not the trucks?
