Durable Seat Covers?

Is there anything out there like Trek Armor but for GMC/Chevys? Looking to get seat covers to:

A.) Protect the seats

B.) Darken the interior of the truck.

If you like that type of fabric, you might look at the Coverking Cordura Nylon Tactical line. They don't have the foam backing like those above. The swatches I had them send had a soft fabric backing on the cordura, so they wouldn't saw the seats up.

 

I've also been looking at the Covercraft Carhartt .

 

I'm guessing you aren't gonna be as bad as those guys in the Jeeps to the inside of your truck.

Nowhere near ha. Partly like I said its to blackout the truck. But yesterday buddy and I killed a doe. Got pretty muddy and then say on the leather seats. Well they're porous so you can cool/cook your butt. If you look closely the mud gets in those little pours.

 

It's also just to preserve the leather as well.

 

I also scratched my truck yesterday. I swear my big 308 is bad luck. First chipped my tint then leaned the rifle against the tailgate and it slid down putting a long shallow scratch on it. Should be able to buff put but still.

I swear by the Marathon seat covers. My 7 year old set are still good as new, Bulletproof. Ordered a set of black Kryptek Typhon for this new truck. Really like the options they offer too. Got the bow/rifle holders.

Looking at Marathon and Ruff Tuff as well. I like the Idea of Carhartt they just seem loose.

I think my attraction to the carhartt covers is their easy installation and removal. I want a cover that can come off and on quickly.

That makes total sense, these others i'm looking at are pretty much a time consuming process for installation or removal.

 

Kings Arsenal also does Cordura Kryptek patterns. I'm thinking i will either go with full Kryptek Typhoon or Black outer trim and Kryptek Typhoon inner trim.

 

 

 

Like the selection of kings Arsenal as well. Probably go with black.
