Sorry to start a whole new thread, but can anyone tell me where under hood fuse block X50A is located?

And yes, I have looked under the hood (smartasses).

Driver side behind the extra battery tray.

I looked under there and it looks like this. I'll dig deeper in that area. Thanks!

I wonder if it's on the firewall or beside the main block that I showed, haven't looked for another fuse block under the hood. I may check it out tomorrow.

Are you sure it's under the hood? Could also be under the dash with all of those harness'. It's no telling with a vehicle with all these electronics lol. Scares me because I'm not exactly a wiring guy unless it's simple so I worry about when I need to start fixing some of it.

I'm actually not sure it's under the hood. The electrical manual I'm looking in calls it an under hood fuse block. I guess it could be anywhere. I just glanced under the hood and didn't find it right away. I'll dig in more after work tomorrow.

And the consumer site doesn't even have all 2014 models, nevermind 2015 for our newest members.

OP-

The GM upfitter manual says "In the engine compartment, top left near the inner fender". I don't know if that's from the driver seat or from standing in front of the truck. If its from standing in front I'd bet it may be near/under the battery.

Edit- nope it is from sitting inside. See page 226:

Just a hint- After opening the manual, I use control F (or command F on a Apple) to open the finder window and I searched for the X50A fuse block and kept clicking next.

Thanks! That is incredibly helpful. I'll try to find it tomorrow.

Good luck getting that off. I still have not wrapped my side vents because I'm not willing to pull any harder on that panel. I'll get the dealer to show it to me next time.
