Do you know if this is inherent of the GM Borla or all exhausts on the 2014 engines?

I don't know. I have just noticed it the last few days since it was installed. I also got a vibration from 1300 - 1500 RPMs that started afterward. It even vibrates with the truck in park and me hitting the gas. My assumption is there isn't has much a load on the engine (back pressure). My gas mileage went up 2 mpgs with it. You may want to retitle the post to see if more folks will chime in.

You are just hearing it go in to V4 sooner with the louder pipe. All 2014's and up do this until the AFM is deleted or tuned out.

I wish that were the case. The truck cycles in and out of v4 more often, and will stay in v4 much longer than before.

Overall, I am not really sure I am happy with it. The driver side pipe is more toward the center of the truck than the driver, and it sounds mean, but not mean enough for me. There is a bit of a drone on the highway too.

That's a stretch from Florida, going in for a service Saturday, might just go ahead and order it, unless you don't think its worth it.

Just had mine installed today. Notice a rattle, looks like it's hitting the one cross member. Anyone else have this issue?
