Even if it's legit, they never mention a regular cab AND 6.2L. They simply talk about available sierra options and accessories and use a picture of a regular cab for the article.

GMC says the truck is available now at dealers across the UAE.

I don't read that as having the 6.2. Just that the bigger engine is an option. It'll have the 4.3/5.3. GM isn't going to build a special power train configuration for such a small market.
