4 wheel drive question

How do I diagnose my problem? I hear the transfer case lock in . Truck feels like it's in low. But yet I can hold the front drive shaft from spinning on stands. Idk what to do at this point. I just pulled and rebuilt the trans and its back it shifts great now.

Now id like to fix the 4wd. I'm not even sure my front actuator is locking in

  Roadmaster makes some quality parts; I have their sway bar. I considered the RAS, but I ended up bagging. I didn't know what kind of ride I'd get with RAS, and the bags have interior jounce bumpers, so I can run 0 pounds pressure. I figured I'd have the best of normal suspension ride with assist on-demand. But it seems you got pretty much the same in one item.

  They will fit with a spacer to clear but I know many people don't like that.

  with your further description, I'd be looking at all front end components. Control arm bushings can be deceiving. May look like fair condition but they're allowing play
