removing scratches and scuffs from all terrain wheels

I am selling my 2014 all terrain wheels and they are pretty scratched up. I'm wondering if there is any product that will remove these scratches. They aren't deep like curb rash, just scuffs. I was thinking about trying mothers mag and aluminum polish.

Also the grey metallic paint is chipped in a few spots so I was hoping to touch those up.

  Excuse my stupidity, I have a 2016 High Country with 6.5’ bed. I want to pick up 1/2 CD wood which might be 1000-1500lb. Can the truck handle that?
