Possible to add keyless entry to WT?

I just bought a 2014 Silverado crew cab WT with power locks and windows. Is it possible to add keyless entry? I googled the topic and got mixed results. For clarification purposes, I do not want to add remote start, only keyless entry. VIN # 3GCPCPEC0EG426629

With power locks, it's easy . Any good audio shop can do it.

Sorry, I meant with GM parts. I realize I can add aftermarket systems, but since it's a new truck, I'd like to stick to GM.

Well, excuse me for stating the obvious, but you could always ask the dealer or you could ask your favorite audio shop if they can do it with factory parts.

I think I remember someone posting several months ago that it was possible. If I remember correctly, they had to buy the fobs and pay for programming. Good luck.

FormerFordGuy, thanks for the link. I called one of my local dealers and they said it isn't possible. It might not be possible, but I don't think they know what they're talking about either. I will check with the other dealers in this area.

On my 2wt with power windows and doors, I was able to add remote start via my dealer for $350.

I forgot which code you need in order to see if it works. I got it from Mac Haik Chevrolet in Houston TX. I had them price match another dealers deal on it. Let me see if I can find which code you need in order for it to work.

everything is possible.....after that it is matter of time, cash or interest

you need to know first if you have this module ( k77 Remote control door lock receiver)

and if you have every wire or harness it need

 

then if you have it you just have to reprogram the bcm but you need someone who will do it for your serial number

it's why your dealer tell you it's not possible.....they can't reprogram something else than what it's on you truck when came out from factory

 

it's only a programmation so obviously someone can do it and pretty sure even on this forum

because you don'T have JK1 ( tire pressure monitoring system) and AQQ ( remote door lock , remote function) you probably don't have the module and/or wire/harness

 

on the picture you see the back glass

the module is the number 1
