So last night a car decided to cut me off just before a red light and required me to wait to make my right hand turn lol. In a hurry, I decided to get reallllly close to his bumper and make sure he saw my turnsignal in his mirrors. While I was waiting the whole 8 minutes (this intersection is ridiculous) I noticed that when my signal would light, my headlights would dim or flicker. Is this normal?

Added: I know there was a recall or "update" for the headlamps but don't know if it applies to my '15 LTZ. Thanks.

That was only for the Sierra's for poor headlight output with the projector style headlights. They would put 50w bulbs in the trucks and then update the computer that controls it to tell it to put out 50w

You might need a capacitor link to help, your PWM might JUST have enough power to keep the relay up and connected, but when signals are also drawing power, it cause the PWM to be more apparent
